Rental Bicycle Terms of Use

These terms and conditions stipulate the matters that you must comply with when using our rental bicycles. Please agree to the following and enjoy your trip with our rental bicycles.
<Reservation>
Use is limited to individuals who are 140 cm or taller. When making a reservation, you must fill out the necessary items on the consent form. Rental hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
<Rental Fees>
The rental fee is 200 yen per hour or 1,200 yen per day per bicycle. For those staying more than two nights, the fee is 1,000 yen per day. We do not offer rentals that span across multiple days. For returns after the rental time, an extension fee of 100 yen per 10 minutes will be charged.
<Bicycle Delivery>
When handing over the bicycle, you will receive a handling explanation from the staff, and you are requested to inspect and confirm the following items with the staff:
- Brake functionality
- Handlebar alignment
- Bell operation
- Tire air pressure
- Saddle height
We recommend wearing a helmet.
If you have made a reservation and you are more than an hour late without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
<Bicycle Return>
Please return the bicycle by 9:00 pm.
<Accidents>
In the event of an accident during use, promptly report the date, time, location, cause, and details of the accident to us. If necessary, also contact the police and follow the legal procedures. We assume no responsibility for accidents during use. Additionally, if we are compelled to compensate a third party for damages, we may claim the actual costs incurred from you.
<Bicycle Malfunctions and Damage>
If the bicycle malfunctions or is damaged during the rental period, please contact us immediately. In principle, the cost of repairs due to accidents or damage caused by the customer will be charged at actual cost.
We assume no responsibility for damages to the customer or third parties resulting from bicycle accidents unless they are caused by our rental bicycles.
<Bicycle Theft or Loss>
If the bicycle is stolen or lost during the rental period, contact us immediately. If the loss is due to the customer's negligence (e.g., leaving the bicycle unlocked), a maximum of 100,000 yen in damages will be charged to the customer. Always lock the bicycle, even for a short time. Once the damage fee is received, it will not be refunded even if the bicycle is later returned. If the bicycle is left in a no-parking zone and impounded, you will bear the full cost of retrieving the bicycle.
<Losing or Damaging the Key>
If the key is lost or damaged, a replacement fee of 2,500 yen will be charged.
<Prohibited Actions>
When using the rental bicycle, do not engage in the following actions:
(1) Drinking alcohol, reckless driving, or other actions that violate traffic regulations
(2) Using the bicycle in dangerous or inappropriate locations
(3) Parking in no-parking zones or locations that obstruct pedestrians or vehicles
(4) Modifying the bicycle or its accessories
(5) Continuing to ride the bicycle if you recognize a malfunction, such as a flat tire
(6) Allowing someone other than the applicant to use the bicycle
<Refusal of Rental>
We reserve the right to refuse rental if any of the following conditions apply:
(1) The applicant is deemed unable to comply with the prohibited actions listed above
(2) The applicant is recognized as being affiliated with a gang, related group, or other antisocial force
(3) The rental period coincides with or is expected to coincide with a storm, heavy rain, or other severe weather conditions
(4) Other situations where rental is deemed inappropriate

Estos términos y condiciones estipulan las condiciones que debe cumplir al utilizar nuestras bicicletas de alquiler. Por favor, acepte lo siguiente y disfrute de su viaje con nuestras bicicletas de alquiler.
<Reserva>
El uso está limitado a individuos que midan 140 cm o más. Al hacer una reserva, debe rellenar los apartados necesarios en el formulario de consentimiento. El horario de alquiler es de 9:00 am a 9:00 pm.
<Tarifas de Alquiler>
La tarifa de alquiler es de 200 yenes por hora o 1,200 yenes por día y por bicicleta. Para aquellos que se alojen más de dos noches, la tarifa es de 1,000 yenes por día. No ofrecemos alquileres que abarquen múltiples días. En el caso de las devoluciones que sobrepasen el tiempo de alquiler, se cobrará una tarifa de extensión de 100 yenes por cada 10 minutos.
<Entrega de la Bicicleta>
Al entregar la bicicleta, recibirá una explicación del manejo por parte del personal, y se le solicitará inspeccionar y confirmar los siguientes elementos con el personal:
- Funcionamiento de los frenos
- Alineación del manillar
- Comprobación del timbre
- Presión de aire en las llantas
- Altura del sillín
Recomendamos el uso de un casco.
Si ha hecho una reserva y llega con más de una hora de retraso sin contactarnos, su reserva se cancelará automáticamente.
<Devolución de la Bicicleta>
Por favor, devuelva la bicicleta antes de las 9:00 pm.
<Accidentes>
En caso de un accidente durante el uso, informe de inmediato de la fecha, hora, ubicación, causa y detalles del accidente. Si es necesario, también contacte con la policía y siga los procedimientos legales. No asumimos ninguna responsabilidad por accidentes durante el uso de las bicicletas. Además, si nos vemos obligados a compensar a un tercero por daños, podemos reclamarle a usted los costos reales incurridos.
<Averías y Daños de la Bicicleta>
Si la bicicleta se avería o se daña durante el período de alquiler, comuníquese con nosotros de inmediato. En principio, el costo de las reparaciones por accidentes o daños causados por el cliente se cobrará en su totalidad.
No asumimos ninguna responsabilidad por daños al cliente o a terceros resultantes de accidentes con bicicletas, a menos que sean causados por las propias bicicletas de alquiler.
<Robo o Pérdida de la Bicicleta>
Si la bicicleta es robada o se pierde durante el período de alquiler, comuníquese con nosotros de inmediato. Si la pérdida se debe a la negligencia del cliente (por ejemplo, dejar la bicicleta sin candado), se cobrará al cliente un máximo de 100,000 yenes en concepto de daños. Siempre asegure la bicicleta, incluso si es por un corto período de tiempo. Una vez recibido el cargo por daños, no se reembolsará, incluso si la bicicleta es devuelta más tarde. Si la bicicleta se deja en una zona prohibida y es confiscada, usted asumirá el coste total para recuperar la bicicleta.
<Pérdida o Daño de la Llave>
Si la llave se pierde o se daña, se cobrará una tarifa de reemplazo de 2,500 yenes.
<Acciones Prohibidas>
Al utilizar la bicicleta de alquiler, no realice ninguna de las siguientes acciones:
(1) Beber alcohol, conducir de manera imprudente u otras acciones que violen las regulaciones de tránsito
(2) Usar la bicicleta en lugares peligrosos o inapropiados
(3) Estacionar en zonas prohibidas o en lugares que obstruyan a los peatones o vehículos
(4) Modificar la bicicleta o sus accesorios
(5) Continuar utilizando la bicicleta aun habiendo visto un desperfecto, como un neumático pinchado
(6) Permitir que alguien que no sea el solicitante use la bicicleta
<Rechazo del Alquiler>
Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar el alquiler si se aplica alguna de las siguientes condiciones:
(1) Se considera que el solicitante no puede cumplir con las acciones prohibidas mencionadas anteriormente
(2) Se reconoce que el solicitante está afiliado a una pandilla, grupo relacionado u otra fuerza antisocial
(3) El período de alquiler coincide con o se espera que coincida con una tormenta, lluvia intensa u otras condiciones meteorológicas severas
(4) Otras situaciones en las que el alquiler se considere inapropiado

この利用規約は、お客様が当社のレンタサイクルをご利用の際に遵守していただく事項について規定しています。
次のことをご承諾いただき、レンタサイクルでの小旅行をお楽しみください。
<利用申込>
ご利用は身長140cm以上の方に限ります。ご予約時に利用承諾書に必須事項をご記入いただきます。貸出可能時間はam 9:00～pm 9:00の間です。
<利用料金>
利用料金は、1台につき1時間200円、1日1,200円となります。2泊以上ご宿泊の方は1日1,000円となります。当社では、日をまたぐ貸出はおこなっておりません。貸出時間を過ぎての返却は10分につき100円の延長料金をいただきます。
<自転車の引渡し>
自転車のお引渡しにあたっては、スタッフの取り扱い説明を受けるとともに、次の事項についてスタッフとともに点検、確認していただきますようお願いします。
ブレーキの効き・ハンドルの曲がり・ベルの鳴り・タイヤの空気圧・サドルの高さの確認
ヘルメットの着用を推奨します。
ご利用開始予定時間から連絡なしに1時間以上遅れた場合は、自動的にキャンセル扱いとなります。
<自転車の返却>
pm9:00までにご返却ください。
<事故>
お客様がご利用中に事故にあわれた場合は、速やかに当社に事故発生の日時、場所、原因、事故の状況等をご連絡いただくとともに、必要な場合は警察に連絡する等法令で定められた処置をおとりください。
ご利用中の事故について当社は一切の責任を負いません。また当社が第三者にやむなく損害賠償を行った場合を含め、被害を被った場合、お客様にその実費相当分を請求することがあります。
<自転車の故障、損傷>
貸出期間中に自転車の故障または損傷があった場合、速やかに当社にご連絡ください。 お客様に起因する自転車の事故、損傷については、原則としてその修理に要した費用を実費で申し受けます。
なお、自転車事故によってお客様や第三者に損害が発生したとしても、当レンタサイクルに起因する場合を除いて、当社は一切責任を負いません。
<自転車の盗難、紛失>
貸出期間中に自転車が盗難・紛失にあった場合は、速やかに当社にご連絡ください。利用者の過失（無施錠等）による場合は損害金100,000円を限度に利用者に請求させていただきます。 駐輪時は、短時間でも必ず施錠をしてください。なお、損害金受領後に自転車の返還があった場合でも損害金の返金は行いません。また、自転車を放置禁止区域等に放置し移動・保管された場合は、返還を受けるに要した費用を全額お客様に負担していただきます。
<鍵の紛失、破損>
自転車の鍵を紛失、破損された場合は、交換料として2,500円いただきます。
<禁止行為>
レンタサイクルのご利用にあたっては、次の行為を行わないでください。
（1） 飲酒、無謀運転、その他交通法規に違反する行為
（2） 危険個所、不適切な場所での利用
（3） 自転車の放置禁止区域及び歩行者や自動車の通行障害となるような場所での駐車
（4） 自転車及び備品の改造など現象の変更
（5） パンクなどの自転車の異常を認めた場合に、運転を継続する行為
（6） 申込者以外の第三者に使用させる
<貸出の拒絶>
当社では次の各号の一つでも該当する場合は、自転車の貸し出しを拒絶できるものとするとします。
（1） 申込者が前項に掲げた禁止行為を順守できないと認められるとき
（2） 申込者が暴力団関係団体、関係者その他反社会勢力に属していると認められるとき （3） 貸出期間が暴風雨等の悪天候時、もしくはそれらが予想されたとき
（4） その他当レンタサイクルが適当でないと認めたとき
