Cancellation policy

Terms that apply to rooms reserved directly with us, rather than through an online travel agency.

  1. 01

    Cancellations are free of charge up to and including the eighth day before your arrival date.

  2. 02

    If you cancel on or after the seventh day before your arrival date, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  3. 03

    In the case of a no-show, the same amount as the cancellation fee will be charged.

Bookings made through Booking.com are governed by the cancellation terms shown on that platform at the time of reservation.
